ACCOMMODATION

The Organizing Committee has reserved a limited number of rooms at special rates at the Portobello 3* and Grace California 3* hotels. If you would like to take advantage of the Organizing Committee's reservation, please complete the BOOKING APPLICATION FORM and send it to reservation@torus-press.ru, indicating your arrival date, room type, etc.

Reservations at special rates can be made until August 1, 2026. The Organizing Committee will send you a confirmation of your reservation, along with an invoice issued by the hotel. A prepayment for the first night's stay must be made by bank transfer no later than September 1, 2026. The remaining nights are payable at the hotel cash desk upon arrival.
